Lau-vu & Peeece!
Yep, I'm watching the old anime standard, Trigun, in one-episode installments, since the old C-drive doesn't have much in the way of space, I'm afraid. A sincere thanks to Radical Edward for sending them my way, most certainly. I've got little to say about a largish number of things, so let's go.
Even a stopped clock gives the right time twice a day. I swear, that's about how I'm listening to this. It's so hauntingly good...it grows on you faster than kudzu and moves you with even greater ease than a U-Haul (though I suppose you move yourself in one of those. Oh well, nobody's dancing for you). I almost wish the ever-amazing Halcyon+On+On wasn't on the album, so I could hear more new music. Almost. Ooh, but isn't heaven a place on earth? My, but I'm linking the fuck out of my post. A fuller discussion of Orbital 2 awaits a less-lazy time, I suppose.
I need a fucking haircut. And I need to send in my oft-discussed MP3/CD player, which I'm not linking, because I've been going insane with it. It's starting to look like fucking memepool around here. The problem is that linking has such stupid appeal. I swear I can quit any time I want.
The Matrix Reloaded? With Her? For $5? ::happy sigh:: Oh, but my dreams don't get that ambitious. Speaking of ambition, this is the best Blur impression I've heard for a long time, and that's a complement. Mind you, there's other stuff rolled in there, but who do you think of? As far as the second Matrix installment is concerned, I'm quite convinced everything before, and inclusive of, the dance/sex scene was simply there to flex financial muscle. That was your DVD paying for those ridiculous shots, folks. At least I didn't have to pay for mine.
Keith gets home tomorrow! Work could be going better, but who the fuck am I to complain? Financially stable, full of indian food, and coming off a really nice conversation with the Kitty...ah, but i need to reestablish that simple link to that profound joy.
